Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking an Analyst, Trade Compliance in Houston to support the SPOC network, monitor compliance, and coordinate documentation for import/export transactions. The role liaises with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure accurate filings and timely remediation.

The candidate will assist with audits, track findings and actions, and help prepare CTPAT documentation while maintaining robust reporting and program records.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customs, logistics, trade compliance, or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• SPOC network support and program rollout across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Business Units.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, distribute updates, and maintain the SPOC roster.
• Deliver trade compliance training and track completion for stakeholders.
• Review entries and filings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain audit tracking, corrective actions, and program documentation.
