Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) in Arlington, Texas, is building a talent pipeline for Field Sales Representatives serving The Home Depot. You will manage assigned Pro Managed Accounts, drive growth, and execute sales plans across multiple Home Depot stores in your territory.

You will engage store personnel, leverage CRM data, and develop strategic plans to increase PPC product displays, optimize inventory, and support rate of sale with accurate cycle counts while maintaining color centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
• Engage customers throughout The Home Depot store to uncover opportunities to introduce PPC products.
• Utilize a CRM tool to increase sales growth of PRO accounts.
• Analyze territory sales performance and develop strategic business plans for growth.
• Identify in-store opportunities to create impactful product displays.
• Ensure replenishment and accurate on-hand inventory through cycle counts.
• Maintain color centers and perform shelf resets during line reviews.
