Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa + Med Spa is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for aesthetic injectors, massage therapists, estheticians and related roles in Houston and surrounding regions. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with leaders to fill roles quickly while upholding the Hiatus brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in med-aesthetics, spa, healthcare, beauty or wellness.
• Experience building strong talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and build relationships with schools and industry groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for spa and med-spa roles in Houston and assigned regions.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, social networks, and events.
• Build and maintain pipelines with aesthetic providers, nurses and therapists.
• Coordinate interviews, practicals and timely hiring decisions with leaders.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and ATS records; monitor metrics and progress.
