Qualifications
- Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License.
- 1–2 years minimum esthetician experience.
- Experience in a spa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred.
- Strong retail and client relationship skills.
- Evening and weekend availability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments.
- Deliver luxury, high-touch guest experiences using Hiatus protocols.
- Educate guests on skincare routines and long-term wellness.
- Promote skincare products, memberships, and add-on services.
- Maintain a clean, serene treatment room and spa environment.
