Process in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Process Project Engineer on a PSM-regulated site. You will manage projects from start to finish, with capital initiatives typically from $150k to $5M TIC and a strong focus on safety, reliability, quality, and cost performance.

Responsibilities include FEL 3 scoping, process design deliverables, hazards analyses, contractor oversight, and successful handover to Operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; ChemE preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Process/Project Engineering.
• Experience on a PSM-regulated site.
• PMP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify, evaluate, and track process improvements that enhance safety, reliability, quality, capacity, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Develop project scopes originating from Operations, Maintenance, Commercial, and Engineering through FEL 3.
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute capital projects typically ranging from $150k to $5 million TIC.
• Prepare process design documents and technical deliverables for projects and plant improvements.
• Participate in HAZOPs, PHAs, MOC reviews, and other PSM activities.
