TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to manage payments collections and interact with customers by phone in a fast-paced environment.

You will assess financial situations, determine delinquency reasons, and apply creative solutions to recover balances while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulations. The role offers training, a strong team environment, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating and processing payments under established guidelines on the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances via telephone.
• MUST have prior collections work history to be considered.
• Assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries.
• Determine the reason for delinquency and find creative solutions to resolve the situation.
• Track and maintain all customer accounts throughout the collection process to ensure prompt payment recovery.
• Perform account maintenance: reviews, aging, balances, payments, and compliance with policies.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to collection activities.
• Meet corporate standards for call quality assurance and structure.

Work Location: Remote (If you are in the Houston market, you are required to be in the office biweekly on Thursdays for onsite training)

Compensation: $15 - $20/hr

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for negotiating and processing payments under established department guidelines on the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances through direct contact with customers via the telephone.

• MUST have prior collections work history to be considered
• Accurately assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries.
• Determine the reason for delinquency and find creative solutions to resolve the situation.
• Tracks and maintain all customer accounts throughout the collection process ensuring prompt payment recovery for all outstanding balances.
• Perform customer account maintenance activities to include account reviews, reconciling aging levels, verifying account balances, applying payments, monitoring collection activities, and updating accounts in compliance with established corporate policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the State and Federal regulations pertaining to collection activities.
• Meet corporate standards for call quality assurance and structure.

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
