Job summary

Palacios Marine & Industrial (PMI) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Houston region with full accountability for safety, people, client relationships, project execution, and financial performance.

You will develop the regional operating plan, forecast revenue and workforce needs, drive profitable project delivery, and mentor field leaders while expanding PMI's services with key clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial construction or services.
• 5+ years leading multiple projects or regional operations.
• Proven accountability for P&L, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; TWIC access.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the Houston region with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Own the regional P&L, revenue forecasts, backlog, and cost control.
• Maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, labor, equipment, and completion.
• Oversee pre-job planning, change management, and project closeout.
• Allocate resources and manage overtime, per diem, and subcontractors.
• Develop pipeline, expand client relationships, and drive growth.
