Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Development or Real Estate Development.
• Deep understanding of Greater Houston real estate fundamentals.
• Ability to discuss robotics, architecture, and advanced materials.
• Strong local network of developers, investors, and architects.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Construction Management.
• MBA or MRED preferred.
• Proficient in AI tools to accelerate research and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence and asset strategy in the Houston region.
• Own the deal lifecycle from initial vision to signed contract.
