Qualifications

• 10+ years in BD or real estate development.
• Strong understanding of Houston real estate fundamentals and developer landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MRED preferred.
• Able to discuss robotics, architecture and advanced material science.

Responsibilities

• Identify market segments and position ICON's robotic tech for development projects.
• Lead the Go/No-Go process and vet opportunities against capabilities.
• Own the deal lifecycle from visioning to signed contract and handoff.
• Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to navigate permitting hurdles.
