Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in various sectors.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Houston Project Management practice, providing strategic direction, oversight, and accountability for growth and delivery excellence.
• Manage the Houston-based Project Management team, staffing, development, succession planning, utilization, and alignment with objectives.
• Drive expansion of PM presence in Houston through client engagement, business development, industry involvement, and strategic relationships.
• Foster collaboration across lines, offices, and sectors to promote a One Business culture and integrated service delivery.
• Establish and maintain project management delivery standards, governance, quality controls, and best practices.
• Oversee escalation for project performance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Plan workforce and allocate resources to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Develop growth strategies, annual plans, and revenue targets for the Houston office.
• Represent the firm in the Houston business community through industry events and associations.
• Champion accountability, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement; develop future leaders.
