Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Houston, TX, seeks a Production Manager to lead the production lifecycle of compressed air and dryer packages. You will direct plant operations, ensure productivity, and uphold safety standards.

You will drive lean manufacturing initiatives, oversee budgeting, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and quality teams to meet production and financial targets while maintaining a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

7-10 years of progressively responsible experience managing manufacturing operations.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred, equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize the full production lifecycle for compressed air and dryer packages.
Direct plant operations to ensure high productivity, quality, and safety.
Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes, schedules, resources, and workflows.
Develop and manage the annual operations budget and cost containment.
Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and equipment utilization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams with sales, engineering, and QA.
Provide production reporting and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
