Job summary

Atlas Copco US in Houston seeks a Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager to oversee domestic and international shipments, guiding strategy and execution across the department. You will manage master scheduling, drive cost-efficient multimodal transport, and ensure regulatory compliance within the Compressor Technique business area.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive import/export logistics experience and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong initiative, organization, communication and critical thinking with cost/systems focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics workforce and warehouse training for growth.
• Design and optimize multimodal transport processes and ensure DOT compliance.
• Establish relationships with freight forwarders and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement in logistics.
• Spearhead trade compliance and HTS/audit/duty management activities.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and customer service teams.
• Champion Safety First and integrate sustainable practices.
• Perform additional logistics or trade duties as needed.
