Job summary
Atlas Copco's Houston Product Company seeks a Production Manager to lead the full production lifecycle for compressed air and dryer packages. You will direct plant operations to optimize productivity while upholding stringent quality guidelines and safety protocols.
You will drive planning, assembly, testing, painting, and fabrication, coordinating with the Production Supervisor to align schedules, resources, and workflows to meet labor and material demands precisely.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing operations experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Proactive, adaptable leadership with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the full production lifecycle for compressed air and dryer packages.
- Oversee planning, assembly, testing, painting, and fabrication processes.
- Collaborate with Production Supervisor to align schedules, resources, and workflows.
- Develop and manage annual operations budget and cost controls.
- Champion lean manufacturing, productivity gains, and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and quality to meet customer demand without resource waste.
