K&R Mechanical Services is seeking a Piping Superintendent to lead field piping operations in Houston, ensuring safe, on-time installation per spec. You will supervise pipefitters, welders, and subcontractors while coordinating with management to optimize labor and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive piping experience, strong knowledge of ASME B31.1/B31.3, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in industrial piping with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Deep technical knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B31.3 codes; reading isometric drawings.
• Must be fluent in English with fluent or proficient in Spanish

Aufgaben

• Field Leadership: Direct and supervise pipefitters, welders, and subcontractors.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Technical Oversight: Review P&IDs, ISOs, and blue prints to ensure accurate installation and resolve bottlenecks.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce a Zero Harm culture and manage safety permits.
• Quality Control: Oversee hydro-testing, pneumatic testing, and NDE processes and document test packages.
