Job summary

TC Energy seeks a Network Engineer to be the primary on-site resource for Houston facilities, covering two data centers, a corporate office, and a Gas Control work recovery center. You will maintain Cisco devices, support Versa SD-WAN, and coordinate with the NOC in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with Cisco routing/switching in data center, campus, and WAN.
• Familiarity with Versa SD-WAN and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site resource for Houston network facilities (two data centers, corporate office, Gas Control center).
• Respond to hardware failures and escalations requiring physical intervention.
• Perform rack-and-stack, cable management and physical layer troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches; troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN.
• Document network environments and asset records; support OT/SCADA as needed.
