Command|Link is seeking a Managed Services Network Engineer to support ISP/MSP clients, focusing on SDWAN and Versa Networks. You’ll handle provisioning, troubleshooting, and onboarding for managed services, ensuring reliable, high-quality network delivery.

The role emphasizes mentorship, strong vendor collaboration, and decisive problem-solving, with no travel required and a remote-friendly setup for qualified U.S. candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a fast-paced technical environment with SDWAN focus (Versa Networks preferred).
• CCNA and CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong command-line experience with networking tools and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups and Microsoft operating systems.
• Support onboarding of new customers for managed services.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Own issues from start to resolution with clear communication and proactive problem solving.
• Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues.
