Job summary

Command|Link is seeking a Managed Services Network Engineer to support and deliver superior service to ISP/MSP customers. You will manage SD-WAN networks (Versa), data circuits, VoIP, VPNs, managed routers and firewalls.

No travel is required and the role is fully remote, open to numerous US states. You will work with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery and mentor fellow engineers on complex issues, helping shape the future of customer networks.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a fast-paced technical environment with SD‑WAN experience.
Experience with Versa Networks is preferred.
CCNA/CCNP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for customers focusing on SD‑WAN, Internet, and related services.
Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups and Microsoft OS.
Support provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Own issues from start to resolution with clear communication.
Maintain strong customer relationships with proactive support.
Mentor and train peers on complex technical issues.
