Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Field Specialist- Mechanical Sales to cover the Houston, TX territory. The role focuses on educating customers, expanding ASC's presence, and driving project opportunities within the commercial mechanical construction market.

You will support contractors with technical knowledge, installation expertise, and relationship development, aiming to grow territory sales and influence product selection. This is a full-time on-site position based in Houston.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical construction, piping systems, fabrication, or related trades.
• Working knowledge of PVF products and commercial mechanical systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan; manage relationships with contractors and engineers.
• Identify, qualify, prioritize, and advance project opportunities using CRM and market intelligence.
• Conduct jobsite demonstrations, contractor training, and installation support.
• Quote and bid high-value projects; contribute to market development and growth strategies.
• Travel 50–75% to cover Houston, TX territory and support customers.
