Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about product specifications and integration.
• Clearly communicate technical solutions to sales teams and clients.
• Ensure proposed solutions are properly sized and quality compliant.
• Lead segments of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
• Participate in sales meetings, offering technical insights.
• Collaborate with operations and project management for execution.
• Estimate project costs and assist in design decisions with teams.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot new or custom products in field.
• Develop tools and docs to transition products to internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional problem solving.
