• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Creative, curious, and collaborative mindset
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
• Ensure the store is guest-ready and welcoming
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to drive sales
• Guide clients through the client journey and foster repeat business
• Demonstrate knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe and brand pillars
• Capture client data and cultivate relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on inquiries
• Collaborate with colleagues and management
• Maintain inventory and keep sales floor and stockroom organized
