Omninet Capital LLC is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for a multifamily property in Houston, TX. This hands-on role oversees the leasing team, drives occupancy and renewals, and ensures an exceptional prospect and resident experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability with hospitality, attention to detail, and accountability in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in multifamily leasing or property management.
• Experience supervising a leasing team preferred.
• Ability to drive occupancy and renewals.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach Leasing Agents while ensuring performance and compliance.
• Lead tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins; renewals follow-up.
• Drive occupancy, occupancy conversions, and resident retention.
• Maintain accurate leasing files, CRM data, and reporting.
• Coordinate resident transfers and ensure correct charges and updates.
• Plan and execute resident-retention events; maintain a polished leasing office.
