DC Pines Roofing in Houston, TX seeks a Home Improvement Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, assess roofing/window needs, and guide solutions with our proven process.

You'll complete a 12-week paid training, learn inspection techniques, client conversations, and CRM workflows. After training, enjoy 100% uncapped commissions and strong six-figure earning potential in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills; experience in customer-facing roles a plus.
• Willingness to learn, coachable and able to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Positive attitude with goal of long-term sales career; performance-based advancement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments.
• Perform roofing and window evaluations using our inspection process.
• Educate homeowners on options and guide them to customized solutions.
• Present proposals, manage financing and agreements in CRM.
• Maintain notes and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
