Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction of Healthcare project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Houston Project Management practice, directing the growth, performance, and delivery excellence of the local Healthcare PM business.
• Manage the Houston-based PM team, staffing, development, succession planning, and alignment with objectives.
• Drive expansion of Turner & Townsend's PM presence in Houston through client engagement and business development initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across lines, offices, and sectors to enable integrated service delivery.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, quality controls and best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee escalation points for project performance, risk, and client satisfaction; provide executive guidance.
• Plan workforce and allocate resources to ensure delivery of client commitments.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, annual plans, and revenue targets for the Houston office.
