Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas seeks a Project Coordinator to process, expedite, and ship equipment, software, and documentation globally, ensuring contract and trade compliance. You will interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet milestones and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include drafting LC/SBLCs, managing revenue milestones, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience.
• 1 year of project coordination or client service experience.
• Knowledge of contract terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client contracts and POs for terms and discrepancies.
• Compare ERP data to contracts and POs and flag errors.
• Manage shipment-related requirements, billing milestones, and taxes.
• Draft and submit LCs, SBLCs, and surety bonds for approval.
• Create and reconcile invoice milestones across multiple projects.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping with cost efficiency.
