World Group, through its ContainerPort Group, needs a Fleet Coordinator for our Houston terminal. You will coordinate shipments, communicate service capabilities, and support customers with timely updates.

Prior trucking experience is preferred, and you will thrive in a busy, data-driven environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and Transportation Management Systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy email/phone activity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate quote rates and service capabilities to customers.
• Process orders as they arrive and update systems.
• Provide shipment status and proactive issue notifications.
• Maintain accurate customer data in systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives from customer feedback.
