Aramco Trading Americas (ATA) seeks a Contracts & Confirmations Staff in Houston, TX on a temporary basis. The role supports handling contracts related to physical and financial hydrocarbons, master agreements, and confirmations to optimize trading opportunities.

The analyst will draft, negotiate, and review contract provisions, assess risks, and coordinate with Legal, Credit, Regulatory, Marine, Risk, Insurance, and Tax teams. Office-based in downtown Houston.

Competenze

Five+ years of contract analysis and negotiation in marketing/trading hydrocarbons and related logistics contracts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or equivalent practical experience in energy trading.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong reading, organization and analytical skills.
Contract drafting and negotiation.
Trading industry experience.
Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
Ability to work in an office environment in downtown Houston, TX.

Mansioni

Draft, negotiate and review new contract provisions with internal and external stakeholders.
Interpret key elements of non-standard contracts and assess risks against standard policies.
Identify risk areas and ensure alignment with related departments (Legal, Credit, Regulatory, Marine, Risk, Insurance, Tax).
Negotiate Master Agreements, framework agreements, and side letter agreements on behalf of ATA.
Mentor and guide Confirmations Analysts supporting contracts.
Maintain the Contracts records database (Sirion) and update status for cross-department visibility.
Ensure timely review of non-standard spot agreements and Confirmations.
