Job summary

Aramco seeks a Senior Contract Advisor to join the SASREF+ EC Project Department in Houston. You will develop and administer contracts across all project stages, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and timely procurement.

The role requires deep experience in capital projects within refining/petrochem, expert negotiation, and international contracting. Excellent English communication and ability to work with multinational teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a recognized program in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management or MIS.
• 12 years of contracts development and administration experience on capital projects in refining/petrochem.
• CIPS, ISM, APICS or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement development and execution of diverse contractual actions to meet operational needs.
• Provide technical advice from contract conception through execution and termination.
• Review contractual issues and resolve change orders; develop/review contract types and agreements.
• Conduct market analysis to determine best contract type and provide alternatives.
• Implement Procurement Manual and monitor compliance.
• Develop/review change order packages and ensure guideline compliance.
• Participate in negotiations for all change orders.
• Ensure supplier performance evaluation and related procurement actions.
• Operate with multinational teams across domestic and international locations, including remote areas as needed.
