• Ability to perform rigorous Quality Control and Quality Assurance checks on drilling motors and related equipment.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret test data, diagnose issues, and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Proficiency with Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Equipment used for testing, measurement, and performance verification.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with downhole tool maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in oilfield equipment handling and shop operations.
• Attention to detail, reliable documentation habits, and ability to follow technical procedures and work instructions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in drilling motor repair, oilfield services, or related mechanical technician roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or industrial fields are beneficial.
