Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services company, is seeking a Full-Time Tool Repair Technician in Houston, TX. The role involves dismantling, repairing and reassembling drilling tools, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and assisting the Supervisor in all aspects of the job.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of oil/gas industry equipment, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements

Qualifications

• Knowledge of oil/gas drilling equipment and tools.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, repair and reassemble drilling tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of debris on site.
• Assist the Supervisor in all aspects of the job.
• Assemble and set up new equipment.
• Adhere to relevant QHSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
