Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers), and basic diagnostic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; ability to document work performed.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks (lifting, standing) in a shop environment.
• Effective teamwork and communication with supervisors and operations staff.
• Basic computer skills for entering maintenance records and accessing documents.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanics is a plus.
• Oil and gas, motor shop, or drilling tools experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and assemble downhole motors and related drilling tools in a shop setting.
• Disassemble tools, clean components, inspect for wear or damage, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
