Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of stable related work history required.
• Previous Motor Shop experience, including painting experience, preferred.
• Quality control experience with vector gauges and RA meter and other measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems of equipment brought to the maintenance shop.
• Assemble and disassemble directional motors and other oilfield drilling components.
• Perform tests and repairs in accordance with manufacturer service manuals and bulletins.
• Quality control of parts to determine if repair or replacement is needed.
• List parts to be replaced referencing manufacturer manuals/diagrams; order as needed.
• Document inspections, test results, repairs and parts replaced for billing and records.
