Job summary

Qualifications

• Four year degree in technical discipline.
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Collegiate-level computer skills, mathematics, communication skills, and technical writing.
• Basic understanding of engineering or construction principles.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• See DFS documentation structure and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: quantity reporting and DFS document control.
• Review submittals for coordination with plans and specifications.
• Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings.
• Assist with mobilization activities and daily project tasks with the superintendent.
• Prepare closeout documents and assist with final monies collection.
• Support customer pay request requirements as assigned.
• Perform quantity takeoffs on drawings and pricing of components.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor bid proposals and evaluations.
