Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervising or managing a team toward goals.
• Experience in staffing agency or labor-provider environment preferred; multi-site experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop staff.
• Experience reporting KPIs, development, and revenue projections.
• Effective leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and enforce high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a cold storage account (Houston, TX).
• Supervise and coordinate team unloading containers and projects.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and safety adherence.
• Train and coach staff on procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices.
• Maintain documentation and report discrepancies or damages.
• Engage in problem-solving for customer requests and workload fluctuations.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Analyze the site's Profit and Loss statement and report on financial performance.
• Help build and standardize operations as we scale across Houston sites.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Office on projects.
