Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team toward set goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Leadership, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Warehouse or cold storage experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule team members performing freight handling and other tasks.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and coach staff on procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices.
• Ensure product is handled safely and accurately throughout warehouse operations.
• Maintain documentation and communicate discrepancies, damages, or concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive, accountable work environment.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements.
• Review team performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate operational updates with leadership at PFP Logistics.
