Job summary

Empathx is seeking a Site Manager in Houston, TX to oversee daily site operations for Psychiatry/CNS/psychedelic studies across Phases I–IV. You will supervise staff, coordinate start-up activities, monitor enrollment, and ensure compliance with protocol and FDA regulations.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience with CTMS/EDC systems. Travel to Dallas may be required to align processes and share resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification (preferred).
• Experience with Phase I–IV clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Houston site and manage multiple concurrent studies.
• Coordinate study start-up activities and visit schedules.
• Ensure enrollment targets and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA).
• Supervise site staff and conduct performance reviews; manage hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and monitors; ensure data integrity in CTMS/EDC.
