Empathx Houston is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at the site, manage a portfolio of psychiatry, CNS, and psychedelic studies, and act as the primary contact for sponsors and CROs. You will supervise site staff and ensure studies run to protocol, ICH-GCP, and FDA requirements.

The role involves study start-up, enrollment monitoring, data entry in CTMS/EDC, regulatory compliance, and coordination with the Dallas site to share resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, health, or related field.
• Experience with ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
• Certification such as ACRP or SOCRA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Houston site across multiple studies.
• Coordinate study start-up activities and ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Supervise site staff and manage sponsor/CRO communications.
• Ensure accurate data entry in CTMS/EDC and regulatory documentation.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance with SOPs.
