Job summary

The Reynolds Company (TRC) is seeking a Project Manager - Packaged Power to lead delivery of packaged power projects in Houston, TX. You will work with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure efficient planning, execution, and outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing multiple projects, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting SOW and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise settings.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Packaged Power strategic plan to achieve KPIs and deliver solutions for customers.
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring deliverables align with the defined SOW.
• Oversee execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate status to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities, develop SOWs, support proposals, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting contractual commitments.
