Lumicity in Houston is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing, performance-driven team. You will build and maintain a network of specialized professionals, source and interview candidates, and collaborate with client companies to craft tailored recruitment solutions.

You'll start in a role designed for growth, with a strong commission structure, mentorship from leaders who began as entry-level consultants, and clear progression paths as you contribute to revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of achievement—academic, athletic, professional, or personal.
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market.
• Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.
• Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.
