Lumicity is a growing technical recruitment consultancy seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant for September 2026 in Downtown Houston. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, on our 360 Direct Hire/Executive Search team.

No prior recruiting experience is required; we will train you and help you build your own client base. Expect a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with uncapped commission and clear progression.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Learn client hiring needs and match candidates.
• Negotiate recruitment fees and agreements.
• Build a book of business and grow client base.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Interview candidates and prep for interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
• Manage salaries and offers negotiations.
• Close deals and place candidates.
