Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Housing Specialist I: at least one year experience.
• Housing Specialist II: at least three years, with independent tenancy responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide housing stabilization and tenancy support to residents in Permanent Supportive Housing.
• Maintain regular contact with residents and address housing-related concerns.
• Help residents understand lease requirements, tenant responsibilities, and program expectations.
• Connect residents with healthcare, behavioral health, benefits, and community resources.
• Partner with landlords and property managers to support tenancies.
• Maintain accurate case notes and housing records.
