Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Specialist in St. Louis to help people experiencing homelessness obtain safe, stable housing. You will work with clients to identify needs, navigate systems, and connect them with behavioral health, medical, and employment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social/human services fields.
• SOAR training completion or willingness to complete.
• Ability to develop housing plans and coordinate services.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals experiencing homelessness to secure housing.
• Engage with landlords and educate about programs.
• Attend Coordinated Entry/case conferences and collaborate with care teams.
• Support clients in benefit applications and health services.
• Maintain accurate data per department requirements.
