Job summary

Jewish Family Service LA (JFSA) is seeking a dedicated Social Worker I to join our Homeless Prevention team in Los Angeles. This position will focus on providing care coordination and housing-focused case management for older adults and dependent adults who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing case management or housing stabilization preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and housing resources preferred.
• Ability to work with clients with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination and housing-focused case management services.
