Job summary

IRCO is seeking a Housing Stability Program Coordinator for the Portland area. This temporary, full‑time position combines direct staff supervision with program coordination across MSI, STRA, MHT and EHV.

The role demands strong communication, case management expertise, and the ability to ensure quality client outcomes. The position runs 11/1 through 12/24, with a hybrid schedule and a starting wage of $57,821 per year dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social services, counseling, education or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience working in housing programs. Knowledge of HUD regulations and program requirements required
• 2-4 years’ experience with program management/coordination. Experience with immigrant and refugee communities preferred
• Knowledge of developers and real estate acquisition preferred
• Strong intercultural communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support program manager and lead strategic planning for housing and supportive services.
• Provide supervisory guidance to staff and ensure quality service delivery.
• Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, wages, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor budgets, write reports, and review contracts within deadlines.
• Approve timesheets and PTO, and staff payments for client support.
• Review case files for compliance with case management standards.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and monitor program outputs for QA.
• Maintain data in IRCO Referrals App and HMIS systems.
