The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is seeking a Housing Stabilization Sector Manager in Portland, OR. The role leads the sector, oversees budgets and awards, and supervises a team of housing specialists across multiple housing programs serving DV/SA/HT survivors and refugees.

Excellent organizational leadership is required, with experience in PSH, rapid rehousing, and trauma-informed approaches. Hybrid schedule with full-time benefits offered.

Formación

• Five years’ complex program management experience in a nonprofit, government, or private sector setting.
• Familiarity with rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing (PSH), and/or transitional housing.
• Oregon Domestic Violence Advocate Certification within 15 business days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning and implementation of housing programs, including service model design and partner engagement.
• Manage budgets, awards, and reporting; monitor outcomes and ensure award compliance.
• Supervise Coordinators and Housing Specialists; provide reflective supervision and staff development.
• Represent the sector with funders and community partners; lead outreach and advocacy efforts.
• Ensure services meet program standards and maintain confidential, compliant records.
• Lead sector strategy, vision, and performance improvement efforts across multiple programs.
