Job summary

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) seeks a Housing Stability Program Coordinator to oversee multiple housing programs, lead staff, and ensure quality client outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, case management expertise, and knowledge of housing and social services, with a focus on immigrant and refugee communities.

You will manage budgets, deliver funder reports, and engage with landlords and clients to monitor program outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social services, counseling, education or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience working in housing programs; knowledge of HUD regulations required.
• 2-4 years’ experience with program management/coordination; lived experiences with immigrant/refugee communities.
• Knowledge of developers and real estate acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in four programs with strong program coordination and case management oversight.
• Monitor budgets, write reports, review contracts, and ensure timely funder reporting.
• Provide supervisory guidance and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate data entry in IRCO’s Referrals App and HMIS system.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and support continuous quality improvement.
