Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to sustain housing through case management, planning, services, monitoring and coordination with landlords and agencies.
• Provide budgeting guidance and financial literacy training to tenants.
• Conduct health and safety visits and unit habitability checks.
• Advise tenants to resolve disputes with landlords to prevent eviction.
