Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services and two years related experience.
• Knowledge of Housing First philosophy and strategies.
• Strong record keeping, budgeting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess housing barriers to determine services needed.
• Support intake and workflow management.
• Monitor data quality and reporting compliance for cases.
• Coordinate with staff to address operational needs.
• Develop housing procurement and budget plans with clients.
• Provide mediation with landlords and assist in securing housing.
