Ampact is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator for the Heading Home Corps AmeriCorps program in Minnesota. You will work with participants to navigate housing resources, set goals, and develop plans in a supportive, community-focused environment.
You will meet participants regularly, provide guidance, and help connect them with social services, aiming for safe, stable housing. Training and development are provided, with emphasis on personal growth and community impact.

Join Heading Home Corps as a Housing Resource Navigator and you’ll spend your days at a nonprofit organization or public agency that has a mission in housing advocacy, social services, and/or public assistance. We’ll train you to help individuals obtain safe, stable housing and support you every step of the way!
How does it work? You’ll regularly meet with participants and provide guidance as they navigate resources, set housing-related goals, and develop action plans. With individually tailored support, you’ll help people as they build brighter futures!

Pay & Benefits
