Job summary

Hope Solutions is seeking a Village Coordinator to provide case management and support clients seeking stable housing. Responsibilities include advocacy, assisting clients in housing applications, and managing property relations.

The ideal candidate has a BA in social work, 2+ years in human services, and knowledge of the Housing First philosophy. We value diversity and require a valid California driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the human services field.
• Knowledge of HUD requirements.
• Must pass Live Scan screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management support and advocacy for clients.
• Assist clients with housing applications and documentation.
• Manage relationships with landlords and community partners.

Skills

Experience in case management

Understanding of Housing First philosophy

Verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Education

BA degree in social work or related field
