Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Housing Stabilization Coordinator to support housing and income efforts for residents in Bethlehem Haven programs. You will manage housing applications, maintain records, and assist with program goals while ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

This role emphasizes administrative duties, coordination during shifts, and collaboration with the Housing Assessment and Engagement Coordinator to promote stability for clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field OR four (4) years of human services experience.
• Able to obtain criminal record clearance.
• Must possess or be able to pass ServSAFE food certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes and collects all Housing Applications, works with clients and follow-ups to ensure that all housing paperwork is completed.
• Keeps job board up to date by posting new job opportunities daily on job bulletin boards.
• Follows progress of client through documentation to provide guidance and support which assists in meeting HUD outcomes.
• Keeps people housed.
• Facilitates community meetings and disseminates income and housing resources.
